Hey guys...

This is kind of a field report..what happened was...i had like 2 drinks..i find im much more outgoing and talkative that way...so im at this pub and i see this girl standing alone...and i say 'so your waiting for someone right?' she goes yes and i say 'ill talk to you while your waiting' ...all this time im using my friends ..this chick and her bf as pivots, i meet her friends then roll off...i go in there looking like ive had a bit to think ...the conversation is flowing from my end...i even neged...i feel like the guys in these groups dont take me seriously ...as in they think theyre only talking to my drunk self as opposed to my real self.

So is tihs a good idea? Opening after a few drinks?

Hen

major DLV...
if they're sober you should be sober, sharp and at your best...!

the only option for drinking more than one drink is if the girls have had much more to drink and then you're sinking to their level :)

EY henstar how are ya! long time no chat, ive got spare time now so will chat over msn soon

anyways 2 ur question, personally i dont see the problem with it, it comes down to how u act when ur tipsy or drunk, i can control myself quite well and ive had alot of success while drunk, but if your all over the place and look really out of it, then it is a DLV, otherwise, if it helps with apporaching and u dont seem to "smashed" then theres no problem :D

I think being tipsy isn't always a DLV, but it is when everyone is sober with the exception of you.

Don't use alcohol or drugs as a crutch to make yourself feel more "outgoing".
You should be able to be outgoing and approach anyone, at any time of day during any circumstance.

Using alcohol as an excuse to be more open means that you need to do some working on your inner game. Be open, smile and confident 24/7. It will change how people look at you.
