| Post subject: | Creepy to hit on women between bars? |
It's late at night, you just left a bar, and you're walking to another one down a well lit street with other bar goers walking around. You see a smokeshow walking the other way (maybe she's with friends, maybe she's not). Is it creepy to try to hit on her? If not, how do you go about it? Also, what parts of the environment would make it creepy? For example, if the street weren't well lit, or there weren't people around and she's alone, I'm pretty sure it would be creepy regardless of how suave you are. I use day game successfully where I just go up to women on the street, directly tell them they're cute, start a conversation and get their number. I use night game (at bars) successfully, where I'm more indirect (I don't ever tell them they're cute) and escalate with kino, and either get their number or take them home with me. The situation I initially described above is like a hybrid between both day game and night game, and it has never worked for me. I think there is an element of creepiness when it's late at night, maybe they're a little drunk, it's dark, etc. If I try to strike up a convo with them (at night I always use indirect, maybe I shouldn't?), they pretty much always keep walking, or one of their friends pulls them away quickly. This contrasts very sharply with my day game, where they're also on the streets walking, and I talk to them, they happily stop to chat with me. I see more hot chicks just walking down streets than possibly anywhere else, especially at night when they're all out trying to look hot. Would really like to figure this out. |

Do you usually do an indirect approach? Do you have trouble getting them to stop walking? Also, I added in some stuff to my initial post. Specifically, what would about the environment would make it creepy? Like, if there weren't many (or any) people around, and it's dark, it seems like it would be creepy regardless, right? I live in the city, so this situation does come up sometimes where it's just me and some cute chick I don't know walking down a darkish street. |

People are walking around, so trying to be subtle and nuanced with an indirect approach is more likely to end with her walking away not realizing what you were doing. In fact, in almost any approach you want to start by getting her attention. The easy way to do that is to go "hey you!" while looking her in the eye and not immediately going into some material. Give her a second to realize you are talking to her, then go. |
