I was out today and I wanted to understand exactly what it is that is limiting me when out in public. I find night game a bit easier for opening since I just wait for my wing to say "two set behind you" and go straight into it.
Today, I went out looking to try out one of my own openers. I know a lot of guys fear rejection. But I think my biggest fear is having them ignore me when I open or just walk past. Ive been listening to Hypnotica's Collection of Confidence (COC)
. The second cd tells you to slow down your thoughts to see how you feel prior to opening. So today I tried it, not really sure how to put it to words. I felt increased heart rate and anxiety. Am I alone, or do you guys feel similar?
