Post subject:  How to deal with the girl's drunk friend?
I was at a bar gaming a two-set, the attraction was there, but then the girl's friend showed up, drunk and oblivious of my presence, starting telling lame jokes to the girls (I forgot what it was but something of the caliber of "what did the cow said to the other? let's go see a moovie"). The girls were patiently listening to the guy, not enjoying the conversation but somehow ready to let it go for some times.

How would have you dealt with the guy? I felt like he was too inoffensive to be AMOGed, but too sticky to be befriended.

What is "seducing"one of them mean? My point is, either you would have to eventually get one of them away from the other girl (to take her home, talk more one on one, make out or whatever) or you would have had to ask for 1 chick's number. If a) then use the distraction (drunk friend) to take the chick you want to the side. If b) then just ask for the number. If the friend didnt walk in, you would have had to do one of those. And a) would be the better option. Dont waste time "gaming" 2 sets. You need to isolate anyway at some point.

So you'd just ignore the guy and keep talking to the girl, so that two guys ignoring each other talk to her at the same time. Doesn't sound like the best of plans to me, but thanks for the advice.

No, I'd take the girl AWAY from the group to some other area of the bar/club. What were you going to do if he didnt come in? Kept talking to 2 girls for the whole night?

Alright, now that makes more sense. Something like putting my hand on her shoulder and saying "I'll just borrow her for a moment" (turning to her) "you need to tell me about XYZ we were just talking about" (back to the friends) "we'll be back."

Yeah, "gaming a 2 set" just means wasting time talking to 2 girls. At a certain pt when you're out, you usually have to get the girl away from her friend/friends. Take the chick away from her friend. If she doesnt know you're interested, you've done something wrong. You can say come with me for a drink or some bs, my point is OP, you havent been isolating and showing intent. When you dont do those things, you'll see these interruptions as obstacles when really they're just opportunities.

I remember a few instances when I did isolate a girl, but I forgot how I did it. Just happened naturally.

Also, don't make a big deal out of that two-set thing. You're assuming too much and that's really not worth of any focus in this discussion.
