How dod you motivate yourself?

Post subject:  How dod you motivate yourself?
I haven't been gaming for 2-3 months now. Been working a lot and all of sudden, it's friday night and im writing this post.
I have 2-3 girls in rotation but i would like get better quality girls.

How do you do this?

For me it's always been how the girl looks walking away from my bed, naked.

I've had a lot of one night stands, and "let's be friends" talks because of this, lol. These situations motivated me to approach better women.

The thing is I can't seem to get myself to do it. push myself.
I feel inadequate. Maybe i'm thinking a lot.

probably both. I do feel scared, i don;t know of what.
Even though i have decent memories of going out, taking action.

But somehow I can't bring myself to take enough action.


@Mr. Assertive, i see your post. And i couldn't agree more. But somehow i have plethora of excuses. I don't know why.

You're taking the easy way out. Drop the girls that don't meet your standards because you'll be more motivated to pursue the girls you want because you don't have that safety net.

My motivation comes from increasing my skill level.

That's not relevant to you though.

For you, you need to discover why you want to talk to more women. The why is important because that's your motivation. What I like to do is visualize my why in the morning and align my emotions to it. Whatever it is that I'm aiming for during that period of my life.

The emotion I like to use is an overwhelming urge too take action and persist. It's the feeling you get while running and your mind tells you to stop, but then you push through it. Or when you're lifting weights.

When you align a powerful emotion to the visual it becomes easy to call upon motivation at will. The thing is that that rut, non motivating shit is also an emotion. When it get's activated the chemicals are in your blood stream, and so you'll have to call upon the motivation for at least a few minutes while the other crap leaves your blood stream.

You have to embrace the dry spell man. You'll be planting seeds during that time. Depending on how good you are at speeding up interactions it can take you about 3 weeks to see results with BETTER girls.

@Mr Assertive: I think I'm doing that. This is my excuse and I'm become more aware of it and i proceed with my life.

Man.. these 2-3 girls are your safety net and fuck up ur motivation. You need to ditch them and tell yourself that you deserve better!

So did you come here to bitch and moan or to actually take action and go after what you want? I don't understand crying about your feelings of inadequacy.. Get over yourself. Go after the girls you want or wallow in your sorrow and accept the fact that you're not worthy. No one here is going to baby you. Man up or give up. Just make a choice.
