I am not advocating guys become raving men's rights lunatic, or mercilessly berate and belittle women. Although over the years I have noticed that generally speaking, men with latent or more overt "misogynistic" views/attitudes tend to do far better than their white knight counter parts. I do not get into the weeds about theory and underlying motivations, so I am bit curious why this is the case? I have always just assumed that generally speaking "misogynistic" men (as society defines them) seem to more naturally exude/manifest more attractive personality traits. Whereas, their white knight counters tend to lack the very same personality traits. |

I haven't seen it outside of the realm of women with low self-esteem or the misogynistic man has something that he can provide that makes misogynistic behavior acceptable to her. |

Women are natural submissive, so if u show dominace, leadership and decisiveness they will comply. |

There's a difference between misogynistic and masculine. People interpret my masculinity as misogyny all the the time but they usually learn I'm a good guy at the end of the day. I just express myself as a man should. |

Nothing productive can possibly come of this until you properly define what you are calling "misogynist attitudes." Only then do we have the perimeters to discuss if your premise is true or false. |

Indeed.Regardless of what you say, how you act is incredibly important. A man by showing that he's not putting a woman on a pedestal is already going to gain points by default, even if he does so in a weird way. |

At best this is correlation vs causation, with common sense suggesting only the former is at play.. The mysoginy isn't what does the trick, it's the lack of putting women on pedestals. If we found that men who chewed gum regularly did better it would be silly to claim chewing gum made you better with women. |

Yeah, I tend to agree that correlation is the case. I do not imagine that asking why misogynistic men tend to generally have more attractive characteristic traits and why women like those traits is much better than asking why the sky is blue. To clarify, I mean traits like dominance, not putting women on a pedestal, large amount self-confidence, etc. What I mean by a societal definition is anything that would run contrary to being politically correct. Girls will always tell you about that asshole ex-boyfriend or jerk acquaintance (which the more than likely slept with), but you never hear about the guy from the IT department that wined and dinned her, and was later rejected when he went for a kiss because he was so nice. |

I think you have a misconception. So here's a picture. They're going to McDonalds btw. The first guy is a misogynist. The second is an attractive guy. They white knight is not in the picture because he was too busy asking her where she wants to eat. (don't force women into doing your job, it's not a favor, it's a burdeon)

You can love women without being a little bitch boy. A guy who hates women isn't going to be very good at keeping women around. You're much better of learning to love women but at the same time, don't put up with their shit. |
