At first I tried to visualize a peaceful place. My first place was an imagination of a forest like I have seen in the movies with soft grass, nice smells, and running water like a waterfall. When I imagined this I would calm down. Then, I tried to imagine a place i have actually been. I imagined Lake Tahoe siting on a giant rock looking at parasailers and the beatiful snow capped mountains. Then I would transition into an eagle and fly through the sky around the lake. The above imaginiation worked wonders on my calmness. Now I have just transistioned from the eagle flying... to sky diving. I have actually sky dived and now when I get anxeity I just say, "if I can jump out of a fucking air plain at 10 thousand feet. I can talk to these girls, or in front of the class or whatever". It is an amazing feeling of empowerment. I hope to utlize this soon. -Magnum |

Hey how we all doing? Visualization skills are amazing at getting people focussed and less worried about future events. People with tons of pressure and stress use these techniques all the time including athletes, celebs, politicians etc.. ChowforNow, the--------------------------------------->Saint TheSaint@charismaconcept.com Jd-alexei-17@hotmail.com 'Whether or not you agree with his harsh, straight to the point mentality, truth be told, he’s the most active/ dedicated / motivating member on this board. He’s routinely getting newbies and current members out sarging, pushing them into sets, given them suggestions and advice, replying to posts more often then anyone else. (Come out Wednesdays and you’ll see what I mean). Also, I have not once heard him making excuses about not going out and pussying out. If anyone else can show me this, I will automatically promote you to any status that you want on this board. (including admin). Now .. I (and others) .. have tried a more sugar coated / feel good approach to getting guys to come out. Truth be told, it hasn’t worked anywhere close as well. I'm disappointed that with all the free resources, and the cool guys that we have offering free advice, so few people actually make use of it, go out consistently, and get better with women, instead of dabbling and keyboard jockeying.'
