Aloha gents! Can't even find a minute to talk to this girl at work, but IOIs have been reciprocated, is leaving a note on her desk too cringy? Started working at this new place, got introduced to her briefly on the first day, but due to the nature of our work I can't get a few minutes of peace with her to talk. Can't really go talk to her in her office because she's surrounded by 5 others and it's very quiet if you get my meaning. Anyway, job sucks and after just 3 weeks there I am leaving tomorrow (give me that worker of the year award.) I was thinking of dropping a brief funny worded note with my number on her desk before I leave because I don't see an interaction happening any time soon. But damn that just feels weird, and it's like outright telling a girl that you like her. Insight please? All the best, C.H. |

Don't leave a note. Talk to her instead. |

Just walk up and talk to her. Be upfront. Acknowledge the awkwardness. Move things forward. |
