A. What purpose does calling yourself a PUA serve? B. So fucking what. Is he the Jim Jones of pick-up? Does holding up stripper $$ in front of a rented BMW make you somebody? C. Opinions are like assholes, everyone has one. |

Latest series in bullshit. Look they thought Neil Strauss's book would break the community. Then when Mystery did VH1 they thought that show would screw us. Then there was the media coverage of the show and 20/20 investigative reporting... Then... Look you get my point. Pickup Artist in general have a pretty crappy ass reputation out there overall. There are tons and tons of articles out there in men's and womens magazines etc. The community went from being "somewhat" undergroundish when I joined years back to being pretty freaking main stream. At one time I was a used car salesman and that industry really does get a bad sometimes deserved reputation and it lives on. In America there are still laws that enforce that you buy new cars from dealers only because the manufacturers pay for that. In the same right there will always be people buy cars (until flying cars or better hoverboards) there will always be guys looking for better ways to meet women. Hell with him and his 5 minutes of fame. Doesn't phase us. |
