You can get better at sex by doing it a lot and trying new things. Google it. I'm personally good at sex because I've mastered the art of seduction and banged lots of girls, so that can help. I've also googled it. You must be a good student before you become a master at anything. And never stop learning. I've recently experimented with dirty talking, and ended up laughing during penetration, but that was probably the weed.

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking, but even if it is your first time having sex only 10 times in four months is not normal. Usually you'd have that in about two days with a girl when just starting out. At least you got your feet wet, keep her around and see what else is out there. Good luck!

Charge her to the game bro. The only way for you to develop your sexual experience is for you to continue having sex, and if she't not going to allow you to do that you have to kick her to the curb and find someone who will so you can develop sexually if thats something thats important to you. Don't lay around being someones teddy bear(what she wants) while not getting any sex (what you want). She will not have any respect for you if you agree to this, and once her respect goes out the window so does her ability to find you attractive. And once she no longer find you attractive you will develop oneitis the way guys do in these situations and find yourself someone that you don't want to be. Nip this in the bud now. Tell her that the only way for you to get better is for you to practice, and if she's not willing thats fine, but you're not going to be someones teddy bear. Its nothing wrong with cuddling with her(if thats your thing), but you do need to develop sexually and you have to communicate that and be willing to stand on it by letting her go if you two can't reach a mutual understanding. There will be more girls man. I know this is your first, but there will be more.
