There are two types of men that do great with women; the winner and the losers. In high school the top athletes and the drug dealers are never short on pussy. Its the guys in the middle that women don't want.

Again, very dogmatic thinking; black and white to something that's more nuanced/grey.

This is more about deep-rooted insecurity than winners vs losers. Women who are more secure with themselves generally don't go for drug-dealer and/or athlete types (at least based on their fame along). It is the women (and men) with insecure attachments that seek-out instinctively partners based on the aforementioned criterion. As another poster alluded to, most women who find damaged partners are damaged themselves.

Secure women generally want the 'guy in the middle'. Insecure types generally want something that's going to fill the sense of lack they've had throughout their lives, and is based solely on satiating ego.

Theres an old expression that goes: Give a woman heaven and she'll complain about the view, give a woman hell and she'll offer to pay the rent.

I've mentioned something similar before but it still baffles me, and this is an update. Im going to cut the story short. I have a friend who basically got cheated on by her bf and was given sti's. They got back together. Then the last I heard he beat her up. Supposedly their not together now but still. Two quite big things you'd think would you take this. The girls I know a fairly attractive, some more than others and could get loads of guys, just super weird that they go out with drug dealers,someone semi famous or of that nature. The girls I know don't have normal bfs like. Good job, good career potential etc good looking. It's so bizarre because they could have It but almost like they choose not to. ( this by no means hinting at myself, cause I don't have those things.)

But for women 28 years old or older, they will likely choose the guys in the middle when they are ready to settle down. Younger women just wanna have fun. For them, guys in the middle are simply boring.

Some women simply like to be emotionally abused. From what I've noticed, it tends to be determined what their relationship was like with daddy growing up.
