Hey man, becoming alpha is possible for everyone no matter what size or background you come from. It's about working on yourself, and striving to improve. It's the most attractive thing you can do. |

Direct approach 10 women a day for the next 6 months. Alpha is all about emotional resilience and strength of character. You build it through resistance, the same way one would build physical muscles. You build emotional muscles. Go live some more life, and consistently step out of your comfort zone, and it'll happen. |
