| Post subject: | What and how To Learn? |
I have a couple general questions, 1. What the hell should I learn? There is so much info out there it's hard to know which to spend time analyzing, so far I have been watching a lot of Julien Blanc's videos from RSD and reading some of the Mystery/Style stuff (Routines and things of that nature). What is the best info out there? 2. How does one go about learning? I go out and approach but I feel like there is more of a method to it than that. Like learning anything knowing how to practice is important. |

1. Choose just ONE video and apply infield. If the effin video doesn't work, try the next ONE. ONE at a time until you find the video that works. 2. The best way to learn this is via several thousand repetitions. It's like knowing how to use a Muay Thai elbow. You may know how to use it but when a life-and-death situation presents itself, you cannot use it unless you have practiced the technique 500 times a day for 6 months. The formula is: KNOW ONE TECHNIQUE THAT WORKS FOR YOU AND THEN PRACTICE SEVERAL THOUSAND TIMES. |

It's not what you "do" necessarily... It's more who you become. The man you are. See, right now, you're a man that women aren't attracted to. For whatever reason. That's why you're on this forum. What you ultimately want to "do" is "become" a more attractive man. |

Stop listening to RSD and definitely stop reading Mystery's bullshit. Get Models by Mark Manson. The audiobook is better since he reads it himself. That's it. That's where you start and that's where you finish. When you're done reading, start applying. |
