Although I am interested in pick up I have only just started to get into it. However my main focus is on myself I want to get to a level where I am content with myself. I mean I have always been physically fit and Into lifting and had a good body, I am 6'3 and most times I think about when I've been out girls usually approach me but I'm trying to get into a state where I'm fully confident with myself in all aspects of life. I've read : How to attract women through honesty which I found really helped. And currently reading no more Mr nice guy which I wouldn't say fully applies to me anymore but Its a real eye opener on why I was that way. Just curious if anybody can recommend some other material? It can be PUA related or even just life improvement related. Thank You |

Models - Mark Manson , this is kinda the bible on pick up these days since things have evolved from 10 years ago mystery method style http://amzn.to/1OcUq5U I would get the audio version if i was you. However, it seems that youve read enough to be honest, have you been hitting the field? |

You don't need to read anymore books. Get out there and apply what you've learned. |

I reccomend a book on body language. There is an excellent section in this forum as well as a book That i cant remember the name of right now. But it pretty much breaks down body language in attraction and has good examples

In the week though i am working away and i work long hours and nowhere to go out mon-thursday so i like to just read but this weekend i need to approach no excuses!! The Body Language book sounds great i will deffo read that because i am working on correcting my own body language so that's perfect. |

Thread in my signature lists some good stuff. However, as the thread says, go out and actually take action. Don't be that guy who spends so long reading about it that he gets too scared to do anything incase it turns out to be a big waste of time. Just jump in too deep without even thinking, then 50 approaches later you can start reading and see where you went wrong. |
