I'm working on add some more screening to my interactions and I'm curious about some useful book which would help me to know more about human nature and about how to recognize specific traits.
Do you know about some book or good source of information about this topic, please? Thanks
FYI my screening looks like some mini cold read (like "you are very enthusiastic" or "you look trouble"), then I continue with "I like this, because..." or "I hate when ..." (just some my opinion about certain behavior), then I'm curious about her and start really screening her with questions...
