Hey guys, new here.

I have a few female friends who could act as a pivot for me.

Question #1: Do pivots know they're pivots?

One I work with is a HB8. I already know, from reading up on the signs here, that she's interested in me, but I really think sleeping with a coworker is a mistake.

That being said, I'm looking for a new job. Sorry, that was a little long-winded, but here is

Question #2: Is it possible to turn somebody who is a pivot into somebody you sleep with?

I know I'm not going to leave my job tomorrow, so I'd like her to help me with attracting other girls now, but possibly sleep with her in a few months or next year.

The answer is yes to both your questions, but not with that mindset. Like Majik said, you're reading way too much into pickup.
