Hey gents. This is a weird one. I have a very quiet voice, this is due to a birth defect. Its loud enough to get me through day to day life...just. But it makes running game especially in a noisy environment such as a bar extremely difficult. (i have had two operations to try and fix the voice but with little success) It sounds like i have a cold, have been out the night before and been smoking 50 fags a day for the last 20 years. You get it,its quiet and husky. Any suggestions? |

Confidence. Speak up. What do other people say about it? Its probably not as bad as you think. It might even attract more interest than it would repulse. Different is often time good. |

Don't go to noisy places then dude. You can still go out to bars.. You don't actually have to go in the bar. Find areas where there are clusters of bars and people are hanging out outside. This way, you won't have loud music to talk over. Problem solved. No more excuses. |

Speaking is largely useless in loud environments. |
