hey y'all, real question about tinder. ok, first thing, i'm not famous lol, but i live in a really small town and i have a bit of a profile in the town --- ppl know me, and i have like a semi-official position. So here's my issue --- i'm thinking about using Tinder to meet more girls but i'm also thinking what happens if people i know or don't know start talking about my tinder profile. don't misunderstand --- i'm not embarrassed about being on tinder and its cool if people from work or who know me see it, no probe, all cool. i'm talking about people who might want to use it against me (like i said, i have a semi-official position). (i don't wanna say my enemies, that's too much and kinda dumb, but you get the point ---- like ppl who want to take screenshots of my convos and maybe tweet them or something.) or maybe i should embrace being a little bit well-know in the town? like make that a part of my tinder? really wanna hear your thoughts on this. been playing around with it in my head for a bit. If your job is like that where people may do that... I'd stay offline for dating. But only if it is a real possibility someone may want to get you to write something that they can exploit like that. |

Whether you're talk to women in person or you talk to women on tinder; if you are well known women will talk. Thats just what they do. So are you just not going to hit on anyone of fear that they may tell the town? Seduction is about taking social risk. And to be honest, tinder ain't much of a "risk" at all. As long as you aren't being some creep i don't see why you would have an issue. Everyones trying to get laid and every one on tinder says something stupid every once in a while and get no response from it. Its no big deal. And if this is really an issue for you; keep the convos light and then go for the phone number and switch things to a phone conversation. |

Don't do anything on tinder you wouldn't show your mom, get the digits, THEN go for the gold. |
