So there is this girl at work. When I am not around her, or near her she is just super quiet, and stays to herself. But when she is working close to me, she is always goofing off, and walking around and talking to the people that are around me peridocilly throughout the day, but she acts like she hates me, and never looks at me, or talks to me. Is she giving me proximity, or what the hell is going on? |

I already asked her out, and she told me that she was "talking" to someone. I admit it's one-itus since I see her all day everyday, and I can't really leave my job. But I am trying to go out on the weekends to approach more girls. I just need advice with this girl at work. |

Why is she always giving me IOI's then? It's just confusing. Like one day she will act like she likes me, and the day she would act like she is repulsed. And I have overheard her saying things like "Dj is so hot", or "I love Dj". It's just confusing.... |

You are one-itusing a chick at work who is not in to it. Cultivate abundance man and this girl will be LITERALLY the last thing on your mind. Guess what may happen then? Hey Mister. Persistence is the key. When you can, still try to flirt with her, but the key is not to have your mind only on her for her to say " yes " to you. But, ask other girls out and try to get them to say yes to you. |
