Lol screw the gym!!! I haven't worked out in YEARS. In fact, I've gotten laid more now than when I was in shape because my out of shapeness builds comfort that I'm not a player (Gotta have the verbal game to make it work though). It's about finding clothes that fit you. V-necks are a must.

Smile. That's by far the least attractive thing about you. Smiling says "I come in peace." Note: I am basing this piece of advice off of your profile pics.

Ignore all advice from dudes who rate you but give no actual advice on how to improve. Their behavior is ridiculous.

Shave the facial hair. Get contacts. Your first pic is closest to what you want to look like. Unbutton one more button there. Black is your friend for shirts til you lose weight (not necessary but it will help a little).

Never wear a necklace again. Ever. Period.

Never talk about LOTR and other geeky stuff in set unless the girl brings it up first. Then, only match her level of geekdom with it. (Not hating on what you like. Just noting my own experience and the experience of my wings and students)

Hit me up for further advice.

I've seen what some people on this thread look like, and I can't imagine them starting much better than you are, so I've got no idea why they're being dicks. For posture, work out - train your back and your core. There are plenty of videos on YouTube of how to fix posture. You can also consciously make sure you're standing straight all the time, it works.

Go on some sites and look at mens fashion, kit yourself out.

To improve your posture i highly recommend you to check kelly starett's book "becoming a supple leopard".He is a well known physical therapist and coach working with international athletes. You can find some really nice videos on his youtube channell "mobilityWOD" helping you to move better in every task of life. He is one of the best in his field and his way of teaching is not boring at all like some postural videos can be sometimes.

Alexander technique for posture. Found out later after I did it that Neil Strauss had a whole video on how good it is for BL and posture and PUA.

Mostly your postures. Doesn't project confidence. Note how you always tuck your chest in. Or supporting yourself by leaning into stuffs in the pictures. You're trying to occupy as little space as possible. Someone who is confident would do the opposite, he sticks his chest out and takes as much as as possible. Do some image training. Pick your favorite hero. Whenever you're out, think that you're that hero for the day. How they walk. How they talk. How they interact. Copy it.

You're quite good looking bro. You just need to trim some of those fat down. You also need to spread your legs some more instead of keeping those close together... Somewhat like this:

Diet/Gym drastically improve your looks and overall confidence.

A clean diet supplementary to your gym routine consistently for 6-10 months you will see an amazing change in your overall physique and will feel great. Girls will love it and most importantly you will love it.

For posture I recommend yoga, it straightens up your back and shoulders, relaxes your body as well.

Supplement all that with meditation and you will be equipped with lady killer superpowers.

Other things to consider are having a trendy haircut (find a celebrity who looks like you and see what styles you like)

Fashion is important (Doesn't mean you need a lot of clothes, just a couple of cool pieces you were all the time is fine, as long as is badass)

And your set bro, stay hygienic.

It sounds like a lot but is all very simple and common sense.

Implement that and you will succeed.

Is Proven. Is tested. Is legit.

It works. 8)
