How old are you now? How long have you been at this? And how many approaches do you do a week on average? |

How many approaches do you do a week on average? The trick to this game is to concentrate approaches so you can heat up. For example doing 5 approaches within the same 10 minutes will allow you to warm up and get going a lot more than doing 10 approaches over the course of 2 hours. Its just like trying to heat a meal by heating it for 1 minute every 30 minutes for 5 hours vs heating it for 5 straight mins. Only one of those methods gets it hot enough to eat. A lot of this depends on where you currently are emotionally as well. Are you 500 pounds confidence wise and emotionally trying to get down to 180 pounds or are you 250 pounds confidence wise emotionally trying to get down to 180 pounds. Once of those methods takes longer than there other. So depending on where you currently are it could take anywhere from 6 months to 3 years to get to where you want to be. |
