Hey,
Screw all that changing job nonsense. I get it. I work 10-12 hours a day everyday. But I still go out on the weekdays. Maybe not every weekday, but if I wanted to go out I do. Here's how.

Some people will tell you that balance is everything, but I don't believe that. Will is everything. In my line of work you work a lot to make a lot, and you don't settle for less. Sure you come home and your tired as hell, but if you get off at 8 you have 2 hours before 10pm, and if you get off at 9 you have an hour. So unless you get off at a time past 11pm you have SOME time to go home, relax, get yourself together and go out.

My firm belief in life is if you really want something you'll do anything to make it happen, and if you aren't doing everything possible you don't want it as bad as you think. So stop making excuses, work around your schedule, and in the words of Shia Labeouf "JUST DO IT."

Or you could just game online...just saiyan.

I work at the mall 11 Hr a day from open to close, some times I work 7 days a week,,, and don't have any time to go out and when I do i'm very tired. is any one have an idea how can i date women? if i don't have time to meet them

Your best long term bet would be to have a super good vibe whenever you're dealing with female customers, and make sure to have tonnes of fun with them! Don't ask them out though...you're only going to fuck up your job if she rejects you. But this will at minimum allow for girls to have interest in your personality. That's all the advice I could really give!

I can only agree with the "give off a fun vibe," aspect. In a sense, you need to be more sexually-intimidating and suggestive since you have a limited interaction with these women. I flirt with customers within my store. Not all of them. But if we engage in conversation and it begins to vibe like any other time two people are attracted to one another, I go for it. Absolutely.

In the summer I work 12 hour shifts, albeit not every day. I would doubt it highly that you are working 11 hours a day every day for 7 days. That is slavery. My hours are 8am to 8pm, I presume yours are of similar nature. If you are finished work at 8pm, you get home, have some food, shower and changle clothes you could leave the house again at 9-9:30 pm and you have a whole night to go out on the pull just like anybody else. Believe me I have brought clothes to work and had a shower in the gym in work and got ready there and hit the town right after work. If you want it bad, you will make time. Trying to pull while working is a more advanced thing, and you kind of have to do it subconsciously rather than directly try and pull as it'll mess up your job (get you in trouble) as well as making some customers uncomfortable. You just have to be as attractive as you can be and hope the women feed off it and maybe even take the first step. By being very friendly, joking and even slightly flirting can be a big help. But again I recommend you do not mix business with pleasure, especially if you are a newbie -Dilla

get a new fucking job dude. are you serious? You work at a fucking mall.. its not like you've dedicated your entire life to learning something and now you have to change. Find a new job where you can work less hours and make more money. You might have to work a little bit harder and do something a bit more meaningful but you'll have more time with your life. Quit being lazy and quit crying. Try helping yourself from a friends point of view instead... a friend won't sit around and feel sorry for you like you are doing for yourself.

Unfortunately to get good or decent with women you need to put time and effort into it, i do not see how is that possible working 11 hours, so i will be realistic... I agree with this 100% sounds like the OP is just making excuses "I work too much" "today my pants dont look good so maybe tomorrow" "today my shirt has a stain so maybe tomorrow" "I am just not in a social state of mind today" excuses, excuses, excuses OP - not picking on you or judging you, I am the same way. I also disagree with quitting your job. come on guys, this is real life. the guy has bills to pay.

Do you want to work at the mall working 11 hours a day for the rest of your life? What do you have planned for the future? I get that you need the money, but you should always have a goal that is 6 months or a year away. If you don't then you're just going through the motions. Do some online courses, open up a business, start searching for other, better paying jobs. Find a job in sales where you make commission or something and can sell yourself. Find what you want and do it. I'm not putting you down for working hard, I have weeks where I put in 70+ hours in the office, but I also have weeks where I'll take a few days off, or have a long weekend etc... You need balance.
