I know a little law. I know that when a court case is decided in a certain way other courts use that as a precedence to make future judgments.

It made me think of something I just had to share with you.

Hi Mr. Assertive. I hope you aren't referring to me as the troll. This really did happen. If you mean the guy who made it illegal to practice pick up, backed by a video demonstration of the pick up set in question that caused this, then I would say...Yes he seems a bit...troll ish.

It was very hard watching his videos. I started feeling like he was doing it on purpose. I mean he had to be, no one with common sense would act like that, and expect to actually pick up women.

Surely these guys are on the run from the feds right? If we made youtube videos of us handling large amounts of illegal drugs I would think we'd be getting a knock on our front door very shortly.

Lol "Bad" pick up is actually illegal, because like in the stated arguement, a bad pick up is harassment. Some guys dont know when to walk away.

But on the bright side proper pick up will always make a girls day better and girls actually want that. Girls want to be approached. Theres girls out there right now that want a man to APPROACH THEM and TAKE THEM on an ADVENTURE. And theres also girls out there who are unavailable. Learn how to screen for the available girls without harrassing the unavailable girls or girls that dont want you. That is proper pick up.


Proper pick up is simply screening, if she's single, game on.

If she doesn't like you. Politely walk away. No fucks given.

What is bad pick up?
Lol. If she looks annoyed, weirded out, any sort of frowning on her face, mad or angry. Walk away.

Where I am from to successfully charge someone with criminal harassment you have to prove the charge. A person has to have been responsible for repeated unwanted attempts to, follow, communicate, watch or act in a way that threatens/offends you.

or

You must prove the person in question has done one of the things previously mentioned with the express intent of harassing you with foreknowledge of his/her behavior being unwanted.

There must be reasonable grounds to believe there was intent.

If you are charged with harassment successfully for doing pickup then in all likely hood you clearly have either been offensive and may or may not have been oblivious to your own behavior or have made a grave error in reading how receptive a person is to communicating with you.
