Hello guys.

I think this is a very common question for you but now, I really need your help.

I need to win back my ex. I want to win her back, I want to make her fall in love with me and forgive me for what I did. More exactly, I cheated on her ( I kissed another girl) and she thinks I also had sex with her.

We were together for 2 years and a half. I am sure she still has feelings for me but now she's very distant.
At the moment we talk to each other more as friends I guess, but she told me that I must fight for her and make her attracted to me again if I want to be with her again.

What can you suggest me?

If she said this to you she's still attracted to you. You were just guilty, showed it, and as a result you slipped into this frame of that she's set out for you. This isn't the normal advice because this isn't the normal situation. In this case, you'll get her back if you want her bad enough. I've done it and I've seen it done. All that needed to be done was for me to say the right things, which wasn't much of a problem.

Tell her what she wants to hear bro. Tell her you've fucked up. Let her know that you now have a new level of appreciation for her because of this. And make sure this is all said over the phone if you can't get her in person. Do not text this. You also have to be willing to walk away in your heart if she's not receptive. This is key. When you apologize and admit your wrongs, and charm her up, you have to come from a frame up " I'm going to give it all I got and if she isn't receptive I'll take my pain and move on - and never look back"

The thing with this is, once you get her back you'll want to leave her shortly after. Your perception is a bit tainted because of the " You never know what you got until its gone" effect. So once she's no longer gone, a bit of the allure she now has will no longer be present.

And you have to make it clear to her that if she takes you back you will not be treated like some criminal. The slate will be clean and of you must start over anew. If you make the mistake of letting her mistreat you because you feel bad about cheating, her respect for you will lower and once her respect is gone, he attraction for you will follow.

Whens the last time you spoke to her and what happened?

She's telling you to fight, but realistically you'll never be able to fight hard enough. It's like one of those Chinese finger traps...the more you fight, the more she'll resist. Like the trap, the more you relax and loosen up, the less the resistance.

You've acknowledged what you did and now she's playing games with you. The moment that you get tired of the game is the moment she will make the decision to take you back.
