There's this hb at work that I only saw her few times . First time I saw her she was sending IOIs and had that seductive smile. Mind you, she works at the bar and she's always busy to talk to , and I only saw her 2-3 times in the 2 weeks I started working. I only have time for a small chat until we part our ways to do our work .

Anyways, got shit tested last night

Her "so how was your shift?"
Me "oh man I got creamed"

At this point i ddnt really paid attention since I was exhausted and was focusing in something else .

I was puzzled and unresponsive .

Later when we were leaving she asked if I had any plans and I said not really but we all could go hang at a bar close by. She declined since she had work the next morning.

When we were saying our good byes I leaned in to hug her with one arm and she awkwardly said "uh okay"

This has both bothered and fascinated me. She was obviously attracted to me, but that attraction was gone basically after the shit test .

I know that I DLV myslef yet can't figure out if I still could have a shot with her.
Is it true that once the damages are done then there's no point persuading her ? Or am I overthinking this

Why so reactive? Everything you did past the point of her throwing a sexual innuendo your way was a reaction to just that. She threw you a bone dude, you went for the hand.

You didn't just smile, you asked her to hang out and then half-assed and attempt to hug - which it why it was awkward. Why even hug? If you're gonna do something like that just kiss her on the cheeks.

Anyway, it's not a big deal. These things happen. I've banged girls' heads against the wall while having sex in an attempt to pull off some suave moves. Laugh it off dude. Her opinion of the situation will largely be based not on what happened, but on how you react towards what happened.

What I'm saying is, if you bang her head against the wall and then laugh it off, she'll laugh with you and think nothing of it.
On the other hand, if you start feeling all awkward and insecure, she'll feel the same way.
