it seems like you are introverted. Basically just say what is on your mind. Let people expierence the real you without fear of judgement. For example after reading this you might be thinking "wtf redrover". If that is the case, say it. You want your thoughts words and actions aligned. Say what you think with no mental barrier stopping you. Another example if a girl is talking a lot and you are thinking in your head "my god you talk to much" Say that. Tell her that. Because if you don't the only person who will really expierence the real you, is yourself in your head. |
