these highschool circle of mine they underestimate me and still treat me like my depressed weak old self i want to show them ive changed but it somehow failed i know they noticed from shy quiet type i became a talker but not a joker they have always been the class clowns and we have a strong bond but i never felt their closure on most of them in highschool what i hated is they laugh about me that im virgin marry and stuffs for which i can barely counter them i know its a joke but i can be assertive to them but what i think they could be barriers to my development or to my value |

If I have a social circle of 5 best friends known in the group for different things, for example: mike-funny guy justin-virgin skinny guy who get's teased chris-alcholic that loves games ryan-womanizer that's built charles-fat fuck and one day justin decides to do something about his life, and get's laid, his social circle is still going to try and keep him in that "place" of being a skinny dude unsuccessful with women etc. Why? Because in group dynamics, no one likes change. No one wants to see justin become successful with women, because that's basically him getting out of his "place". Think about it. So what do you do, basically don't give a fuck what they say and don't let them put you in your place OR THEY WILL KEEP YOU THERE. Tell them what's on your mind: guy: lol you're still a virgin u: you still look like an autistic bitch (first thing that came to mind) ..this could go on and on too... guy: at least I know what a vagina feels like u: you mean the rolls of fat you had to push through to almost get inside your ex (again first thing that came to mind) guy: oh shit. look at (whatever your name is) thinking he's all that u: shut the fuck up. I gotta finish taking my dump by saying what's on your mind, without any mental barrier, this makes you have more "value" because you are not giving a fuck. Your "friends" will challenge your frame probably a lot. A good way to strengthen your frame is by meditating. By meditating every day, peoples shit talk wont affect you, you can walk in the dark, ride rollercoasters without fear etc. Read the book called "The Power of Now" for more info on how to meditate. Yea you're that guy. I knew kid named matt who was just like that and he ultimately had to break away from his friends because they were preventing him from growing. Believe it or not.. People can hold you back and if you're allowing them to treat you like this because you still want to hang around them, you haven't changed. You're the guy the once treated like "the virgin". If you don't like the way someone is treating you, do something about it or remove yourself from the situation. They can't treat you any different if your actions aren't any different. |

yes right in my new friends i feel like the alpha and i can do or say anything to them but its hard to break my old friends for they seem to follow up on me and care like the times i had troubles they really find time to meet up and talk wishing i am strong enuf to break our bond |
