Post subject:  How should I handle this?
there is this girl at work she is young and she won't stop hitting me! I'll just be sitting there in my phone and she will throw a box at me or punch me or slap me.. the hit's don't hurt just annoying. I usually just ignore the hits and her but she just want stop! the more i ignore her the more she hits me.. I don't know if I should hit her back to let her know she can't just keep hitting me without getting hit back or what ? what would be the alpha thing to do ?

I would not suggest that. Maybe she is flirting. Believe it or not a female friend of mine hit me the other day in the face playfully and I cussed her the fuck out and I believe that was the right thing to do. I told her not to hit me unless I could hit her back.

Of course she's flirting and wants your attention.

The way I see it, you have 2 choices: 1) flirt back and have sex with her or 2) smother her with attention until she gets sick of it and she'll leave you alone.

I use to flirt with her a lot but she was taking it too far and begin to talk about having kids and stuff so I stop flirting and talking to her.. I don't want to smother her because she will take it to the next level and I don't want to have sex with her! She is attractive but her personality is crazy.... I think I'm just going to yell at her without cussing so I won't lose my job..

She clears with her concept. If you wanna know her true feelings, try to ignore her as much as possible. Your ignorance will hurt her and you will get her accurate answer.
You are not over thinking....it happened in 'Love'.
I think, she likes 'You' but don't wanna express her feelings, avoid her and she will be with her Q's to you..!!

Don't yell. Just lead her on until she gets tired of being led on. That's what I did with my workplace younging. Always tried to talk to me...said the dumbest things, and I just played into it "oh lets hang out" blah blah. Then I started talking about all the girls I was talking to to my coworkers...she didn't like that lol.

Seriously bro?

If this is genuinely bothering why wouldn't you just tell her to "Stop"

I'm not too sure how this qualifies to be posted. You can't say " Look, I want you to stop hitting me. Its not cool"

I think that would be the end of it.

The " Alpha" thing to do is to just DO SOMETHING and just no allow people to do whatever they want to you. Alpha is an attitude, its not an action. A so called beta and so called alpha can perform the same action and get two different responses .
