1)There's two school of thought here. Some puas will say never delete the number as you never know when you can pick shit up again plus its a sad little way of you thinking you have power/the final say by deleting the number. Where as other people myself included after a few blanks will delete the number. When do people think its the right time to delete a girls number? 2)Going to throw a little spanner in the works. My problem with the deleting numbers even though i don't talk them it gives me a sense of abundance some of the weak numbers, where as if i deleted all the numbers i'd feel shit and 0 abundance. I sometimes will still pop girls up if i'm super bored even though i know there's no attraction. is that a good/bad idea for guys with low abundance ? |

I usually wait until I have two texts sent with no response but I am the weirdo who will cycle his entire phone book before going back to that number anyway. I need to let some type of anticipation build. Maybe that is just me though. |

I've only deleted a handful of numbers and it is because I've tried contacting and was pretty sure it was a BS number. If it's a legit number and I've chatted with the girl and then things went south and there's no chance of us meeting up or even talking, I still leave it in there just in the off chance that she shoots me a random text on a drunken night or a random text asking a stupid question. It happens to me once a month or so where there's a girl I haven't talked to in months texts me. Sometimes it's "just wanted to see how everything is going" and sometimes it's deep shit. I had a girl text me after 6 months of no contact asking what I didn't like about her that made me not want to be in a monogamous relationship with her. Apparently she was sad and had guy problems and was going through and asking her ex's and guys that she knew what was wrong with her and why she can't find a good guy, lol. You could just ignore the message, but I like being able to at least know "oh, that's ashley from 6 months ago sending me this stupid text". |

It depends on where you are at in your confidence bro. I person can delete every phone number in my phone now (friends included) and trust in my ability to get my ass out there and recreate a social circle. I'd personally train myself back when I first started to get a bunch of numbers from attractive women, even some women i really connected with and cringe as I deleted every single one of them at the end of the night. Just to train myself to not get complacent, to make the sacrifice, and to push myself to grow beyond my limitations. You always regret it in the moment, because you're emotional.. But i've learned that sometimes you have to take one step back to take two steps forward. Challenge yourself to grow, and do whatever that means to you.. |

Having a bunch of dead numbers is kind of pointless. But at the same time, it hurts nothing to leave them in there. Are these girls you've actually had something going with, or just random girls you talked to for 10 minutes in a bar, three months ago? Because group #2 may as well be deleted. They aren't even remotely helpful. |

I agree, partially, with everyone. Group 2, delete, but keep group 1. At the very least you know who's texting you. I've had a few girls hit me up after months of no contact. I'm assuming something went bad with a dude they were dating and I left enough of an impression for them to contact me after. I'm having sex with one girl now and was doing the same with another around the holidays last year. |
