I always find that i last longer than my girl friends, so to speed it up i think of other girls, eg... their house mates, sisters etc.... My last ex i would always look at a photo of her sister on the wall, it would speed up my process by alot. Is this a bad practise? even though i loved my gf, maybe she was just boring in bed as I would always want to fuck her over everywhere, where as she would only put out in the bedroom. |

I'd cut out the porn (if you watch it).. You appear a bit desensitized. I remember when I would have to think about off the wall shit(no pun intended) just so I could last longer lol I focus on sexually connecting with the women in front of me; it makes for a deeper sexual connection and bond. For example: If I told you to focus all of your mental energy onto your right foot at this very moment - your right foot should begin to tingle a little bit. Thats because energy follows thought. Now, you can invest that same thought energy into your penis while you're having sex with your girl for a richer sexual experience. I focus on my partner and the sexual noises she's making, her scent, the taste of her skin, her faces, and the feeling to speed up my process. A woman can feel the difference between this and the latter. Perhaps you just aren't great in bed? Just because a man can last for hours doesn't make him great in bed. I can have better sex in 5 minutes than some guys can have in 30. And when I am lasting long, we're usually having such a great time that the women don't mind continuing because they genuinely care about me getting off aswell. |
