Yoyo peeps! Ok, so I'm sure this has been asked before and if so just link me to the post that can help if ya want to. Ok so long story short theres this girl that works at the front desk of a gym I sometimes go to(sometimes meaning like once a week or every two weeks) and from the start I could tell she really liked me...as in she's firing off IOI's like a fucking cannon. And today I managed to find her alone and swoop on the number. Now I just want an honest opinion from an experienced person...how long to wait to contact? I mean Iv'e done it plenty times before but I want an opinion because with the last few girls I had, I ended up comming off kinda needy at the end. It's just a sticking point of mine really. I mean, everyone is telling me wait 3 days but I think that is really fucking cliche and played out by Hollywood. Just opinions would be nice. I just don't wanna be the needy fucker again lol. I should also mention shes about a 7 or 8. Kinda nerdy looking but sooo cute. And also on a side note I'm not just looking to get laid anymore. I'm 27 and have been in the LA party scene since I was 15 so yea I'm kinda over the 1 night stand thing for now. Been there done that soo many times. Just not feelin it anymore. Not to say that I'm not down to get laid, but ya know. Thanks guys. |

When you get the number, it's best to have her text you when you're right in front of her so you know you have the right number and she is already investing more in the interaction because she texted first. If not, you should text her ASAP when you get the number. Keep things light and playful over text and set up plans to see her. Did you set up plans to see her when you got the number? |

Take it one day at a time bro.. With the whole " I'm done with the one night stand" - Take it one day at a time. The easiest way to blow a good thing with a chick is to begin projecting your relationship fantasies onto her too early on in the interaction. That'll give you a 3 month long relationship life span and then you'll be done. Personal experience speaking.. " I'm just taking it one day at a time.." - Thats your catch phrase. I usually call the same day, and definitely the next day if i forget to the first or just don't have time to. However, two of my girlfriends in the past for girls I didn't get around calling until a week and sometimes 2 weeks after I got the number. I simply forgot and then stumbled upon their number in my contacts and called. It doesn't matter honestly; what really matters is what you do when they actually pick up the phone. So you can call whenever; just make sure you mind is right. |

Eddie is right, the focus should not be on the time but on yourself and the interaction. Were you in any way needy in your interactions with her? I presume not since she gave you ioi's and the number. If that's the case you can call or text anytime you want, just focus on not being needy once you do. Pretty simple, just do whatever you want because you are a man of value and in control of your life. In your place I would send one or two flirty texts and then make plans to meet right away. |
