Are you totally self reliant? That's usually a good start... |

How old are you bart? And whats your definition of mature? Because i know a number of guys who get laid decent amounts who are "immature" by my definition. I'm still immature in ways by some women's standards, but I can't say it stops a thing. Bottom line is, self confidence will always prevail. |

Once you know your shit and have your shit together, that is what I call mature. But we all have a little kid inside that never completely goes away. If it did, we would be left with the most boring person on earth. Maturity can come in many forms, the way you speak, the way you carry yourself, even how organized your life is contributes to maturity. This is all opinion. I am mature in some ways but immature in others. Once you start living on your own and making mistakes without mommy holding your hand, you will see how tough you are to handle life's curve balls. |

not sure what self reliant means. can I rely on myself? I dont know what that means. isn't that the same thing as confidence? Eddie, I will be turning 30 soon I guess my definition of immature is guys that joke around too much and their jokes are not funny. Like "oh, do you want to see my rod?" and then they pull out a rod (tool) from their pocket. "lol lol" not funny. I used to think this kind of humor will get you laid. in fact, I tried so hard to get creative with my jokes. but recently I have found it's unsexy and immature. |

I don't think ANYONE likes a guy who's jokes are NOT funny.. Thats pretty straight forward. But if you can make the rod joke work and get everyone laughing; i'm sure it'll make you friends and get you chicks. Its not about what its about the execution. |

ok, thanks guys. I dont know if this deserves a separate thread, but I feel like I dont know the alpha male character too well. what are his likes? what are his dislikes? how would he react in this situation? how would he react in this other situation? how does he walk, how does he talk, how does he dress, when he sees a hot girl what's his first reaction? what's his first thought? how much shit does he take from other people? I can go on and on. in a nutshell, if this was a movie script, I would need to know his character better. |
