Twice in the last two weeks, high caliber girls have been giving me the finger a lot. This normally follows me holding eye contact with them and its fairly aggressive. To counter this I've been mocking them in a humorous way to try and get around it yet I'm stuck. The impression I get is that they are into me, yet to insecure to express it honestly, thus they turn to anger. Generally at a loss: What to do? and Why are they doing it? Thoughts... |

You have to realize that you are not giving any context here in order for anyone to understand why this is happening. If girls are just randomly giving you the finger, it's not likely to be because they find you attractive. If you're teasing them and they respond like that along with a smile, it's a playful gesture. Give some detail. |

Stop doing this then.Majority of girls are not cunts and they wouldn't even do that to the lowest quality of people so you must be creeping them out somehow, more detail. |

More detail: Dancing on the dance floor, with focus directed inwards...feeling the emotion surges in arise and fall. Feeling the rush of attraction. In such a state my eyes aren't jutted outwards towards those I find attractive, not thinking to myself how awesome I am. This is the zone, the present moment, the flow yardy yardy yar. It takes a few hours of focus in a dark room, booming with music to get so engrossed. (this is not completely true i.e. its not logical to the use the word I and now in the same statement but you get the picture). In a student club, this can lead to a cluster of girls to gravitate towards my location. Now bearing this in mind picture these scenes: 1) A girl catches my eye, she is new the dance floor and easily the best dressed..this causes the self-conscious thoughts to flicker through my mind. My body turns towards her and my eyes fixate around her head, mouth opens slightly the saliva builds up...After 5 seconds she gives me the finger in a aggressive fashion. Remembering some 60 line that the second try is more important I try again, this time the finger and when I don't let up she pushes me aggressively, this pisses me off. 2) A girl in a large group of friends, clearly the most confident out of them in the club scene. Do the same as above, get the finger...this happens a couple times. A catch the eye of one dude she is dancing with he shrugs his shoulders at me with a puzzled expression on his face. The epitome was her giving the finger a foot from my face in which I bow my head towards her. In both cases, they continued to dance relatively close to me...In the past I've had a girl literally shove/punch me in the arm, my friend inquired and apparently I'm being to shy, immediately preceding that I made out with her. (maybe related) |
