Hi my name is ralph i am alsmot 25 years old i am 170cm weight 61kg I have enever had a gf and i have some friends but not like real friends just friends. i have no social skills i always blush and i am shy and no conversation skills i have started to watch rsd blueprint decoded but i stoped because i knew it will not help me because i have approach anxiety iknow i am a mess but i really want to improve myself but i dont know how. i started to improve my appearance so i went to the gym and started working out and gaining weight How and where to start in my condition ? what kind of plan did you use to getover approach anxiety? what are some books or products that can help ? thanks |

The thing I think you have to do is just to push forward in your social skills. Try to be in the center of the conversation, approach and talk to women. Only like this you'll get over your anxiety. No books or product can help more than go outside and talk to some random person, no matter age or sex. |
