i have approach anxiety and i really do not know how to deal with it. theres this one girl at my school, shes so nice but then she is never alone! im pretty new to the game so can you guy give me a step by step process in which i will be able to get the girl of my dreams!!!

If she is with friends, you need to approach the whole group and game them. You can use a safe functional opener like "Where is the (college building)?" and after they answer, you then transition and say something like, "You guys seem really friendly, I'm (your name)." and then build rapport with the group. It sounds like you have oneitis though. You could open her and get the ball rolling but you should practice your conversational skills on many people to get comfortable opening and talking with new people and you will slowly get rid of approach anxiety as well. |

Hey brother, the best way to approach this girl is to just approach her. As simple as that. Forget about trying to say the perfect line or whatnot. Just walk up to her, introduce yourself, and begin having a normal, genuine conversation with her and see how things go. |
