Post subject:  Hard work to get 3rd date
Been on two dates with this HB9, she's known in my friends circle for 'not putting out' so to say and difficult to get, not stating this to be true but I'm trying to give an idea of her character

I've been on two dates, no bull I've not managed to kiss close yet, each time I drop her off she just jumps out of the car

She text me after both saying she really enjoyed each time and would like to do something again

Our 3rd date was arranged, but she flaked as she was too ill from being hungover (I know she was going out as we'd agreed to get the train as we were both drinking that night)

Now she's playing hard to get another, she'll drop texts like "I'm not sure when I've got a space in my busy diary ;)"

I didn't react to this, in fact I was busy with work so I went cold for a two days and then she rang me to talk, nice happy and chatty - we had a jokes and good call. I said we should do something when I'm back from my trip and she said yeah.

But still, nothing solid arranged. I want to pursue this but without coming across as two pushy, I've already asked her twice and not got a straight answer about re arranging the 3rd date. I do however want to nail this girl!

Any thoughts/advice would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like she's not into you, and using you for entertainment/validation.

You should escalate with her throughout the date. The more investment she gives the more you escalate. Pre-seed the pull by mentioning something cool at your place. Make sure to kiss her before you pull her so you've set a precedent. Alcohol will help, but don't get her trashed so that she will fall asleep.

Sounds like she's not into you, and using you for entertainment/validation.

I am going to avoid being a fatalist here (although yes, that is a possibility as well) and say that you should hit her up one last time. You went cold on her after she was being flakey, that's good. You talked on the phone for a while, that's good as well. Text her trying to arrange a date one last time. If she flakes again, drop her for good (unless she proposes an alternative time and date herself).

Lay low..

Keep doing what you're doing just lay low and be chill.

She'll seek out the next opportunity to hang out with you.

I honestly don't have to ask girls out again after the first time. They're usually the ones wanting to see me again. So they text me shit like " So when can I see you again? "

Pull back a bit.. Let her come to you. As she has already proven to do when you went cold. Lose the desire to GET HER OUT and just chill.

The game is patience. Some girls just require different levels of it.

The moment you get your panties in a bunch because she isn't responding to your "lack of" game as fast as you would like you lose the game.

Stay patient and just get better. You'll have her soon.
