As a noobie i'd say start at the club, anywere were there is lots of people and you can remain rather anonymous. Just approach, shoot the shit, learn the basics, how to flirt, how to hold a conversation, how to lead and how to #close/Fclose.
Once thats taken care of, you will be comfortable enough to hit the streets during the day and be layback and comfortable in closing and leading to a date.
Truth is you can do is however the fuck you want, but this is my idea of a simple noobie easy way to do it.

I remember my days starting out were at house parties/clubs.... good times.... and even did some daygame with friends occassionally when i started, fun stuff man, i recommend it.
You'll meet wonderful girls along the way, and remember even if your a noobie you can enjoy this journey.
