Short an concise Names: Jack, Sophie, Jamie BackStory Jack is juggling Sophie and Katie, they are good friends and know he is doing this and don't like it. This is at a high school kickback. Katie is extremely innocent. She has never drinken or done anything more than a kiss. She get's a lot of social pressure because of this and now wants to do both now. At a kickback, girls house about 15 people 10 mins into it, jack takes Sophie to a room They come out a while later. Kickback goes on, eventually it's about 3:00Am and Sophie has left Jack takes Katie into a room. Everyone goes to bed, i have my own bed. After 40 mins Katie leaves Jack's room and comes into mine She starts balling her eyes out with her head on my chest. Turns out he fingered her and some other stuff. She tells me how all she wanted was to prove a point (Jack was calling her prude and innocent and playing that card which worked well) As she is crying she is telling me how she regrets it and how she is scared it's going to spread and ruin her relationship with Sophie, and how Jack used her. She falls asleep on my laying on the bed while talking about it. From my perspective, i feel like this means i am so far back in the friend zone that i am in trouble. Questions. 1. Am i badly in the friend zone? 2. Can i get out of it? 3. What should i have done in this case? Thank you as always guys

I'm guessing you're Jack. You said you fingered her and "some other stuff". Did you two have sex ? Even if you just fingered her, you're hardly in the friend zone. Just build comfort with her which it sounds like you already did by talking to her as she lays next to you. Continue what you're doing and close her if you haven't already.

When learning pickup , after awhile of hearing the friendzone again n again it just some straight up bull. There is no friendzone. It's lke saying attraction is black, white, definitive, or not. To me the friendzone is something just to make guys get paranoid trippin' out. There is no friendzone. The only way the "friendzone" exists is if you haven't teased/challenged/sparked sexual attraction/touched /etc. And if NEED to believe tht the friendzone exists, wht if you simply believed tht she is in your friendzone. I would say it's bad. She sees you are so asexual, she comes to you for comfort in her sexual escapades. I agree that there is no such thing as a "friendzone", but there certainly is such as thing as total lack of sexual interest. Frankly, she would NEVER tell a guy she would consider sleeping with, about some other dude she's getting fingered by at a party. The reason she is telling you this, is because she thinks of you like a brother. There is generally not a good way to turn this around. Sometimes shit happens, but the odds are very much against you.
