I bumped into this girl i know and she asked how things were in a normal tone but then asked how my brother was in a flirty tone, i told her he was ok and that he asks about her too and she said.'aww has he?! with a cheeky smile and she giggled.

My cousin sometimes bumps into her as well and she will ask about others in a normal voice but ask about my brother in flirty voice and a giggle.

uh.. Whats your question? Do you want to know if she's interested in YOU or your cousin? If you can I think you should let him know, and be a good bro by setting him up. That'll bring more women into your life in the future.
