Ok so ive been flirting with this girl at work for a few weeks now, we have been playing a lot of games, hard to get etc and im doing just that right back at her!

She tries to catch my attention but i try to ignore it and act as if im not interested.

Last week she calls me out and says "im better than you at this game"
I said im just being myself.

I always catch her looking at me, and i just play it smooth and play harder to get by not showing much attention.

She mentioned she is going out tonight "but im not invited" trying to play more games

How do i proceed to smash her/take her out?
As a PUA i dont want to be the one to ask her, because im trying to give of the sign that i have many more options (should i try to wait for her to properly ask me out?) do i keep playing harder to get and hope she gives in?

I'm curious to know why you would wait for her to ask you out? My thoughts would be, one day ask if she wanted to go get a coffee. If she says no, no big deal go get yourself a coffee anyway and carry on as normal.

she mentions she is going out with her friends, but she still hasnt mentioned "we should hang out sometime" Should i still play hard to get

I just feel you would have nothing to loose by asking, providing you don't make a big of it. Asking a co worker if they want to go get lunch seems a perfectly normal thing to do regardless of them being male or female. I
would have thought it would allow you to move from attraction to a more comfort building stage.
I have to say though this is one AFC to another these are just my thoughts on your situation I to would be interested on hearing others opinions.

See we started off real flirty.
She found out I was keen on her earlier and I was told by someone she lost interest after she found out (presuming it's about me) from then on I've played hard to get /disinterested/negs.
Thats when she mentioned she's better than me at this game.
So now we are both playing hard to get.... What do.. If I ask her out then I loose all my power right =no bang? Since she's the one who thinks I was interested in first place I need to play even harder?

Doesn't sound like a dating situation. More like a tell her you're doing something with friends, and tell her you want to take her with you.

Asking her out to a movie or just the two of you at a bar, sounds like she'd likely turn you down.

I don't think you would have anything to loose by letting her know your going to a cafe to get some lunch and want to know if she would like to join you. I take it you'll be back at work Monday it would good to hear how you get on.
