Hey guys!

Can you recommend me max 3 books or programs that covers the essentials of natural game? This should include dating, inner game, day game. Pretty much everything on women and seduction. I want to focus on learning from max 3 good sources. Should be natural game that is aimed for newbies.

Any recommendations?

Can't go past Robert Greene's ' The Art of Seduction' which goes through the different types of seducers, targets and techniques. I found 'The pickup artist' by Mystery to be very good and basic. For more day game I'd read Day Bang by Roosh.

What is this stuff about "natural" game vs. normal game. When people on here say "natural" game it usually indicates to me they find the whole PUA thing messy and unsavory and want to temper it by fooling themselves that they are learning to be better with woman but no using "pickup" per se. I find this an unhelpful and self-deluding fantasy.

Agree on Sixty. He's good for everyone. Sixty also has a fairly obscure blog. 60 has a set of books called "Game Revision System".
While on the topic of blogs, I'm a pretty big advocate of Chase Amante. Chase's book is called "How To Make Girl's Chase".

The book that probably helped me the most with "pickup" was one I read many years before I had heard of PUA or before it was even especially developed(2000ish). It is called " How to Instantly Connect with Anyone" by Leil Lowndes. It is actually not geared towards seduction, but works when you fit it with the other pieces above.

Basically the skills covered in each book are:
Find interested women(60)
Make a good first impression(Chase)
Make a solid connection(Leil, Chase)
Amp up the sexual tension(60)
Have a plan to get her somewhere for sex and deal with any issues that arise(Chase)
Optional:
Boost your odds of converting lays into Girlfriends/BF/FWBs (Chase)

Chase has an amazing blog (shameless self promotion: I'm one of the writers there) and his book is great too.

Also, have you read Leil's book, How to Talk to Anyone? Its really good as well.

The first book I read on PU was The Game by Neil Strauss, the book opened my eyes, it changed the way I behaved and acted around girls (for the better). It was suggested to me by a friend who had a fair lick of experience in PU.

He did however say that you only need to read the first half of the book, to get the jist.

The book isn't really that instructional, its more semi-biographical. To me this was a good way to learn about game, it was as if it was being told directly about the workings of pick-up rather than a dull interaction manual telling you what to do step-by-step.

Theres a lot of books out there that you can read, but to me The Game was the first step in the right direction. Do remember that its all different for other people, this is just my opinion.

(Sidenote: I am still fairly new to PU)

This book, ABOVE all else by a country mile, no question. Most other stuff save for a few of RSD videos by Tyler Durden (the ones that promote inner game - being the best version of yourself, so to speak) are few and far between. A lot of the other stuff is either static, or garbage and will actually set you back.

Mark Manson is a very intelligent guy (no, I'm not him nor do I have any affiliation to him) in the sense that he has a strong understanding of masculine frames, the attraction of being Vulnerable (first and foremost with one self), honest intentions - basically being authentic in your interactions and congruent when conveying your needs to people, how to recognize your own bullshit, how to POLARIZE women, and how NOT to be needy but rather build a life of abundance - the "it" factor women speak about when describing a guy they're really drawn to, etc.. Checkout his site he's a smart guy and has a lot of very interesting stuff to say.

Stuff like Mystery, and all these other self-proclaimed gurus are fear-based. They will convince you to apply methods and routines to win women over while not addressing underlying issues that are impeding you in all aspects of life.

Anyhow Mark Manson is the only source you need. I found SOME of the frames given by 60yoc to be helpful, and in particular his mantra "risk creepy" I think for most guys is a very good one.

I see everybody suggesting Models, so go for it. I couldn't suggest it myself, so I'll suggest 2 books that I've actually read ;)

1. Corey Wayne - How to Be a 3% Man (Amazon, or Google "Corey wayne Scribd" to get the free eBook.
2. Richard "Gambler" La Ruina - The Natural Art of Seduction (the one with a purple cover)

I've enjoyed both. Corey Wayne will teach you more than any pick up artist can. He doesn't do the whole childish "put goggles on your head and neg the target" thing. He's a human being, not a gothic sociopath like the likes of Mystery. You'll learn how to keep women with Corey Wayne, not just be a one trick pony. With Gambler, you'll learn the seduction (see title of book) process, for the initial attraction.

Natural means being (the best version of) yourself, rather than using the same fucking lines in every interaction and doing some dumb Mystery/Style bullshit like talking about cubes, and then asking if her hairs real to knock her down a bit for not responding to your shitty little cube routine. Natural means not having to dress like a cunt and justifying it by calling it peacocking.
