It's all in your interpretation of what you read. You han still use the essence or a technique/routine to get a better understanding of what works and why. All it takes is some analyzing, thinking, and criticizing from your part.

For instance, ask yourself where those techniques come from. Most likely they have been written down by nerds (say Mystery) by analyzing what naturally successful men do. What you immediately can conclude from this is that they have been taken out of context. You can't use them successfully without replicating that "context". What do I mean by that?

The context I'm talking about is not only the situation, but more importantly the state of mind. By having the same state of mind as a man who naturally does something, you will probably do the same thing, just as naturally and fluid, without even thinking about it. Suddenly it's no longer a technique, but a behavior.

If you see where I'm going here, you realize that by embracing all techniques as CLUES to what state of mind you need, they suddenly become very helpful. Finally, the road to having the right mindset is not an easy one. And that's what this journey (learning game) is all about.
