So i was reading around online when i came across a article on the huffington post about the song blurred lines. This article was pretty old and it talked about how sexist the song is, and how the artist are misogynist. i never really listened to the song but i listened again and thought the song was about an average guy at the club trying to seduce a girl., I read some of the comments (it was 1736 comments so i didn't read all of them) and one guy said something along the lines of "Most girls give all the signs that they want sex"

By law, consent does not need to be explicitly verbalised. And girls do send clear signals when something is not okay... Asking is weak, and weird. That comment the girl wrote was meant for rape apologists, who say just because a girl wears a short skirt, men can assume she wants sex and therefore if she gets raped it's ultimately her fault for dressing like that. Disgusting and totally idiotic.

Anyway, when you are escalating you should be able to tell whether she's comfortable with what you're doing or not.

I never ask, it's pointless because it'll allow the girl to say no and then what?

Escalation is fine because if the girl has a problem she can just leave. You sparked an Idea I want to ask just now. If you have a girl in your apartment and she is cool with you kissing and physically escalating (you know touching ass and what not), but then stops you at the sex part due to LMR and leaves. If she then claims you sexually assaulted her with the kissing and touching before the LMR bounce will that hold up in court?

To give a specific example. Say you have the girl on your couch kissing and your doing your thing then when you begin fingering her she jumps off the couch runs out the door and minutes later the police are knocking on your door.

Does she have a something that would hold up in court? Like "he sexually assaulted me by sticking his finger in my pussy?" or some shit along those lines.

So an old buddy/coworker of mine comes up to me at work one day and says "Do you have any girls you can call for me? I need to fuck something." same thing happened to me almost exactly, except i didn't have sex with the girl.....im known for having women so i set my friend up with a girl (he was a virgin) im sitting in the room playing my xbox when he comes in looking like a new man. the reason that chick cried rape was to cover herself, after she got called a slut she didnt want people thinking she was a slut so it was easier to go to the cops and cry rape then constantly say rape over the fact she was just having fun.
