I'm 18 in high school, and i was carpooling home with a girl who has been a friend of mine for the past month. I have seen her off and on through freshman, sophmore, and junior yea, but only recently became good friends senior year.

I have a group that i hang out with a lot (Almost all Friday's,Saturday's) this senior year of 10 people and she is one of the people in that group. I trust this girl a lot and am also becoming more and more attracted to her, and i guess the rapport was getting to strong on the carpool home because for some reason i told her i was a Pick up artist. The conversation led into the topic slightly, but i easily could of avoided telling her that. Mabye it was a bit for significance? Or i wanted her to think i was different from other guys? I'm still looking into why i decided to do this, anyways...

It was a 30 minute drive to my house and when she dropped me off at home, i could see the interest in her eyes, and i could also tell by how she talked after i told her.

Telling a girl i am a pick up artist is something i have NEVER done before. Thus, i am unsure of what's going through her head for once. This is also something i haven't seen on the forums before so i am wondering a few things like:

1. how this is going to affect her perception of me?
2. Was this a good or a bad idea in terms of her knowing.
3. What are the neggetive effects of telling her this and what are the possitive?

And really any other thing you guys might want to share.

You explicitly put a title to yourself, like a Professor would do in front of class to establish a desired authority. If she in fact perceived you as skilled with women she would have said something, maybe you noticed a change in the tonality of the conversation? Her body language? Anything? If not, then you shouldn't trust her look alone.

I don't call myself one. Never have. Why would you do that!?

I would also never tell a girl I was into this stuff - I'm always scared they'd feel scammed or something! Like I tricked them into bed, even though I've never done that - the whole bad rap this community sometimes gets (lately courtesy of the RSD folks) is very unfair.

It's self-help... It teaches guys to be confident and get what they want... but it's unfortunate that some girls see it as a community of guys who employ tricks and tactics to get girls into bed.

My advice would be to not share the fact you're into this stuff... The obvious exceptions to this would be if you actually do this for a living (teach courses, make money from it) or if you're in a serious relationship and you know everything about one another.

Why didn't you try and get her inside your house once you drove her home?

You kinda told her that you're a pussy too by not making a move when victory was within a few hundred feet.... if she was as into you as you say she is. You could have atleast tried to get her to come inside.

Yea Charles, i love everything you said, and you hit my biggest worry dead on, that "they'd feel scammed or something." I'm glad it happened though, because now i can learn from my mistake.

And Majika, that would of been a huge move for me. Doing what you said would be ballsy af for me, and i still have a bit of trouble being able to go through with that. Although thinking backing i really wish i did

You're not a Pick up artist, did mystery give you a medallion?

We are guys who learn Pick up

Once you learn pick up/get good/meet your goals

you move on

is a skill every guy should possess in my opinion

Now the problem is, Good Pick up can take anywhere from 1yr-2yrs to master(depending on the time you put in)

And sure you can always take it a step further, but for a normal person it should be aquired, and carry on with your life.

Only reason im still around is because i teach this shit

Telling a girl your a PUA is a childish thing to do, i did it with my girlfriend when i was 18 HAHA good thing she forgot about that shit, i just said it so i could sound cool.

She's my ex now and we are still good friends but i never even mentioned it again haha that was long time ago.

Well... let's look at the big picture then. why would a girl fuck a guy with no balls? She wants your baby batter... if you don't have balls. you don't have cum. She doesn't want your wimp juice. Man up, brah ;)

But lets be honest your NOT a pua if you think its ballsy to make a move on a girl who you think is moderately interested. At most your probably a PUa in training.

If someone said give myself a label in regards to woman i would not say a PUA, ladies man bla bla bla you get put in bad light.

The thing that attracts me most to PUA is the human studies and watching and learning how people react to different situations. I like to study the human behavior and fuck woman when i understand them. Currently im fucking a 10/10 and the way i got her attention was by hitting the nail on the head and telling her everything about herself and every mask she had up i took down in minutes. She was so gobsmacked i ended up fucking her that night because i intrigued her.

Would i say to this girl im a PUA no because thats just silly. No doubt your female friend will be intrigued and ask you to show her what you do in field.

I like what you said here because it closely follows the scenario. I brought up the understanding people also. To be honest, i expected her to think it was weird or laugh around me, but the exact opposite happened... she looks at me completely different now and finds me fascinating. It's wild to see how intrigued she is with me now. What even surprised me more is she is now seeking my approval a lot. Just the other day, she wanted me to rate how she kissed and teach her how to make it better (which i bs'd a bit since i don't really know kissing game) but point is, she has been doing a lot of things like that now.

Yeah you may find she is seeking your approval because she thinks you can teach her what all men what bla bla bla ! What you have to remember is her knowing your a PUA she is going to think your a player and running game on her anytime you do anything ! I wouldnt advise going for any sort of relationship as she may think your a player/cheat also because of this background !
