After daygame, why do I come home buzzing and can't concentrate on anything? So many thoughts about the day are flying through my head. And is this good or bad for your brain?

Cause you're actually doing what human beings are meant to do... Interact with each other. You're not "dead" like the majority of people are.

Maybe try meditating once you get home, to reset and calm your brain down?

Its great that you're buzzing- means that those endorphins are kicking in. As time goes on, and you game improves, you'll calm down.
