Do I need to adjust my mindset going in and maybe slowdown about 15% on kino/eye contact/dominant male behavior, etc? Or is she just a girly girl deep down underneath and I should proceed like normal? She also said she works in a predominately male workplace (software) and has developed a shield. Any tips on how I should approach this?

You're job is just to remain unmoved and unfazed emotionally by the shit she throws your way. How does one prepare for that? I think its just something you gotta be.
