Indeed. You get it man. But the way I've found to remain in a state of non emotion is to keep the shit out of your body thats causing it to produce estrogen which sparks emotion. I don't know no man on a strict clean diet that is suffering from sporadic emotion.

I just want to encourage the guys on the forum to keep that shit out of them. It helps a lot.

If a man is being intimated by a woman something isn’t adding up within his genetics. Do male lions get intimated when they come across lioness? They may get intimidated when they see a more dominate alpha lion, but they aren’t ever intimated by the lioness. Men have to reclaim their divine masculine right. A woman should never make a man nervous. Ever. I just feel like I need to put that out there because some of the post I am seeing are a bit ridicules. Men have to know their power. I have been made aware that our testosterone levels are progressively decreasing and being replaced with estrogen largely due to all of the processed foods that we eat; so I have some insight as to whats causing some of this. But we still have to be responsible and do better. Drop the processed foods, drop the hydrated oils, junk foods full of soy and other aromatase boosters and step your shit up. A man rooted in his masculine energy will always be the dominate force in every social interaction. Women should be the ones getting nervous, fixing their hairs, and adjusting themselves when they see you. You're an opportunity. You're a savior. So lets just do better. Let no woman ever make you nervous.

Decent post, I would spell 'intimidated' correctly before the edit option disappears. I guess Lion's don't have TV/media to brain wash people either, but it is what it is. I for one was terrified of women. I blame my childhood for myself not ditching my peers that dragged me down. It's all good now though, thanks to this community.

I was given a nutrition plan by my personal trainer a few months ago and didn't do it. Because I've been hooked on the emotional ups and downs that come from using stuff like caffeine, alcohol, sugar, etc. Sad really. But I will start it come next payday. Be interesting to see how it affects my sex drive and state of manliness as well as giving my body the fuel it needs to repair itself and bulk up.
