Hello everyone, reading a post about the body language of the alpha male, the question I asked myself was, when we assume, for example, the right posture with shoulders and back straight, do not you think that with this we can look too rigid in the eyes of a girl? |

If you are thinking too much about your body language or eye contact you will not be congruent and you will be a gamebot and a gamey individual out in the field. The core factor to focus on is, do you feel happy & excited about the future, do you feel a tremendous amount of bliss when thinking about what's to come. If you can truly honestly in your heart say yes to those two questions, then the idea of "which angle should i stand at" or "how much eye contact should i penetrate this girl with" will fade quickly and effortlessly into the distance. |

By having a confident posture (faking it in the beginning) you will actually start to feel more confident, and in the long term become congruent with it. And once you are naturally confident you will start to relax a bit and look more natural. I actually think body language is a great place to start learning game. That was what I did myself back in the days. |

If you think about every movement, then it can be a bit rigid, but if you walk around like you own the ground you walk on, you will not be thinking about it, and will carry the same posture. When you are at home, practice and self-correct, when you are in public, do your best and forget about it. |
