Good work arranging the date. Going kino is basically about starting small and escalating slowly. So you touch her arm when you make a comment, tell her you like her pants / dress / whatever put your hand on her leg, talk about nail polish (an excuse to touch her hand), brush some hair out of her eye; tuck her hair behind her ear; just being touchy feely in a normal way.

A the cinema, get an excuse to hold hands. Tell her something like "this might be a scary part i'll hold your hand so you dont piss your pants" or whatever.

Hold hands on the way out of the cinema. General flirting. Once outside, look in her eyes while flirting. Mystery's "would you like to kiss me" routine can work well in this particular situation.

Background I've known this girl for like 2 years now, seen her most weekends but didn't talk very much. Here's the deal I've been a lot more confident recently because I beat my oneitis with this other girl, and that girl started chasing me back which gave me a nice ol' ego boost. Anyway, back to the girl I set up a date with. She started talking to me more recently, getting close and touchy but I had no idea how to flirt back with some kino. During the week when we didn't see each other she would tag me in a lot of funny pictures on Facebook and send snap chats of things she was doing throughout the day etc. I kept a laid back frame through out this, and still am. I'm not hoping for a lot so I don't disappoint myself later down the line if nothing happens. One of the times she sent me a drunken snap chat of her sporting a fake mustache, I replied to tell her it's cute. Then she asked if I would meet her(make out) to which I told her "only if you wear the mustache, it's my fetish" she found it funny and I let her go, since she was at her dad's birthday. Later on that week, aka today she tagged me in a video, it was this video. She's smaller than me by quite a bit, but I like short girls. I messaged her on Facebook saying "You're not small, you're fun sized " She sent a few haha's and asked me what I'm doing today. I said I'm just chilling and just watched 22 Jump Street which I enjoyed. Then she went on about what her day is like so far since I asked and she also said that she wants to go to the cinema. Having read quite a bit about seduction, I learned to look for clues in these conversations. Obviously she wanted me to ask her out to the cinema(Which I wouldn't have picked up on before I started reading up on seduction.) So I did, we're going to see Annabelle and I also told her I'd take her out a bit early to go to this awesome smoothie bar I know. Good? Good to me, I think it's awesome since I'm just the average frustrated chump. Which brings me to the questions I have. I want to escalate, but I will admit that I'm afraid. I've never made out with a girl. How can I remedy this? What are the dos and don'ts of a cinema date?
