I see a lot of different kinds of alpha males when I'm out. Some is very physical, some very clever and intellectual, some are superior at talking with women, etc... all of them has a very strong unshakable frame. Recently I ran into a buddy and he's way better and confident in picking up than me. Always very alpha. But one thing I noticed is that he seems to have trust issue. He doesn't trust anyone or the girl he's sleeping with. In one instance, i was over at his house and he was chatting with this chick from London, never met her before. She joked around saying she's a dude. And he just said unless you can prove you're not by sending me a pic of you holding a sign with my name on it. otherwise bye. I could understand this one since it's online. But I think he's overreacting a bit. He does similar "I don't trust you unless you prove it" stuffs in person too. Hence, that leads to the question. Do alpha males have trust issue like every other person? If so, how would they go about handling it? |

First off, being alpha is not a permanent thing. It's a temporary thing. It has its up and down cycle. Testosterone levels go up and down. It isn't always high. People fail. People succeed. When men succeed, they manifest a lot of alpha traits like extreme confidence and an unshakeable frame. One thing is for sure though. Most alpha males went through the fire. They got burned, recovered and somehow managed to become alpha by going through extreme pain. If a person is too trusting, he gets burned every now and then. If he doesn't trust anyone, he can't have people on his team who will gladly die for him come hell or high water. It's a matter of calibration and testing. Your alpha friend builds trust slowly until the girl proves herself to be trustworthy a lot of times. A girl who tries to earn your trust and qualifies herself to you on the regular is better than a girl who does not need to do a thing to earn your attention or get your trust. When a girl works hard to win you over, she becomes more trustworthy versus a girl who does not make any effort at all. |
